One of the strengths of the Voices project is its direct work with youth. Throughout the next five years we will be working with youth in research groups in various locations across Canada, as well as on the National Youth Advisory Board.
Supported by facilitators from academic and community teams, youth in the research groups produce various creative works that reflect their perspectives and knowledge, as well as experiences and ideas for change.
The National Youth Advisory Board advises and informs the development of the overall project, providing input into its operation, research process and activities.
Because the project is about youth, who else can ensure that the project meets youth where they’re at than youth themselves?!
